K-Electric, the largest private utility company in the country, wanted to uplift their image and perception, to establish it as a service quality driven progressive organization.
The utility provider also wanted to attract foreign investments to further improve their operations and business.
Providing convenience to the consumers through good user experience and well thought-out technology solution was critical in order to allow integrations with the back-end systems that would help KE offer its consumers better customer service and support.
Creative Chaos conducted a careful analysis of KE’s web traffic and studied the trends for the previous 6 to 12 months.
A road map for the current user journey was created, and with input from KE, a newer, more enhanced user journey was designed.
Sections of the website ranked higher in terms of traffic where given significant importance without compromising on the UI of the new website.
Other than the leading mobile ecosystems, the website is also backwards compatible with older Android smartphones.
The website also offers a superlative user experience through one click functionality to access duplicate bills, billing complaint, technical complaint, and online customer support service.
