Providing a cohesive shopping experience for mobile web
GoPro’s website seemed to play a limited role in the purchase and usage life cycle and did not provide a cohesive online shopping experience to customers.
We conducted in-depth research (both on-ground and through Google Analytics) to gauge customer needs and expectations. The research helped us in targeting the specific segment of the audience that would have the highest response rate.
It was time to act – we used the insights derived from our research to create a seamless user experience that engages and converts. We built wireframes and designs in accordance with best-practices and ensured that the user experience was consistent on both mobile and tablet. The end-goal was to provide the users with an experience that was both memorable and inspiring.
